Our Fajita Spice recipe has been tried and tested by dozens of cooks, and by popular demand now available for retail! This mixture uses a lot of fresh ground mild chilli powder and peppercorns for a rich colour without a blazing hot heat. Please do note that if you tend to eat really mild, this mix might still be too spicy for you. Please note: We freshly grind and pack our Fajita Spice Mix to order for maximum flavour. This signature recipe is our secret, so we cannot sell this blend in whole form.
Fajita Spice Technical Notes
Ingredients: Chillies, Cumin, Garlic Granules, Onion, Paprika, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Sugar Usage: A simple spice mix for making the traditional mexican fajitas. Marinade your vegetables or meat in a generous sprinkling of these spices and olive oil, then panfry on a cast iron skillet or roast to cook.
As a result there may be some visible imperfections. Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
